Refund policy

Because these are small accent lamps, we don't accept returns for change of mind. What we do promise: if your lamp arrives damaged, defective, or not working, email mellowlume@proton.me with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No box to mail back, no restocking fee. If something about your order feels off for any other reason, email us anyway. We read every message and we'd rather work it out than have you stuck with something you're not happy with.
