Shipping policy

Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks from the day you order, since every item ships directly from our supplier overseas to keep prices low. Shipping to US addresses is free. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships, so you can watch it move the whole way. We know that's longer than next-day shipping, and we'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you later. If your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks, email mellowlume@proton.me with your order number and we'll track it down or make it right.
